Shipping Methods

Due to the delicate nature of our candles and the shipping delays caused by COVID-19, during the Summer, orders are only shipped Monday - Wednesday. Local (New York/Tri-State area) orders may be shipped on Thursday. We want you to receive your orders in the best possible condition.

Orders cannot be shipped to international (unless to Canada), APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses. Three day shipping is not available to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. All orders are subject to credit and address verification. For your protection overnight shipping may require a customer signature upon delivery. Shipping addresses are limited to one address per order. You will be notified via e-mail if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment.

We primarily ship through UPS and USPS. After leaving our facility, packages are typically delivered in 4 business days for ground shipping. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Items may be shipped separately based on availability and will not incur additional shipping charges.

Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Local Pick-Up: Please be sure to check the events calendar before you select local pick-up; If there is no upcoming event, your order will be cancelled and refunded. We are not able to honor promotional pricing post-purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@oiawellness.com to request a refund within 4 hours.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us as soon as possible. We offer returns within 14 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging and contact info@oiawellness.com for a pre-paid return label. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns of partial sets at this time. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed.

Local Pick-Up: If you wish to exchange equally priced items from your pick-up order, you may do so at no charge. Otherwise, items that are not equally priced will need to be refunded and then purchased.
